Yes — we're insured, provide certificates of insurance on request, and we've been through vendor onboarding with national retailers. If your corporate office has a compliance packet, send it over; it won't be our first.
Do you take one-off jobs or only contracts?
Both. Plenty of clients start with a single pressure wash or drywall repair and move to scheduled maintenance once they've seen the work. No contract is required to get a crew out.
