No hot water right now? The line is answered 24/7
A cold shower before work, a leaking tank soaking the garage — call any time, day or night, and we'll get a licensed plumber moving. Many no-hot-water calls are a repair we can finish the same visit; when a tank is leaking from the shell it's done, and we'll say so honestly.
If the tank is actively leaking: close the cold-water valve on top of the unit and, for gas units, turn the gas control to OFF before you call. We'll walk you through it on the phone if you're not sure.
Straight answers, fair prices, done right
Water heaters fail two ways: gradually — lukewarm showers, rumbling, rusty water — and suddenly, with a puddle spreading across the floor. We handle both across the Houston metro, and the diagnosis is honest: if a thermocouple, element or valve buys your heater more years, that's what we quote. If the tank itself has failed, no repair fixes that, and we'll show you why.
We install standard gas and electric tanks sized to your household, service and install tankless systems, and keep commercial units running for the restaurants, salons and properties that can't open without hot water.
Water Heater Repair & Replacement services we offer
- Water heater repair. Thermocouples, elements, thermostats, gas valves, pilot problems — fixed same-visit when the part's on the truck.
- Standard tank replacement. 40- and 50-gallon gas and electric units, code-compliant install with haul-away of the old tank.
- Tankless installation & service. Endless hot water and floor space back — sized and installed right, plus descaling service for existing units.
- Commercial water heaters. High-capacity and multi-unit systems for businesses and apartment properties.
- Leaking tank emergencies. Shut-down, drain and same-day replacement when a failed tank threatens floors and drywall.
Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
Age decides most of it. Under 8 years with a bad element or thermocouple: repair, easily. Over 10-12 years, or leaking from the tank shell rather than a fitting: replacement — a shell leak can't be fixed, and we won't pretend otherwise. We give you the honest answer with the diagnosis.
How much does a water heater cost in Houston?
A standard 50-gallon replacement runs $1,200-$2,500 installed, from our own job history — where you land depends on gas vs. electric, venting and code updates your install needs. Repairs are typically far less, and you get the exact number before we start either way.
