- What's happening, in plain words. "Water under the kitchen sink," "AC runs but blows warm," "shingles in the yard after the storm." You don't need to diagnose it — that's our job.
- A photo or two. Of the problem, the unit's label, or the panel. Photos let us show up with the right parts and often give you a price range on the phone.
- Your address and the best number to reach you. For emergencies, also tell us if you're on a well, septic, or have gate codes — it changes what we bring.
